One of
the reasons that we decided to use Northlakebyowner.com was the price.
It is very reasonable and is a very straightforward and easy site
to use. Working with Bob Powell has also been very easy. He provided
signs for the yard and labels for the flyers in our information tube.
Mr. Powell gladly replaced some photos for us, at no charge, when
we painted the entire home and changed some light fixtures. Each time
we have received a call about the house, the prospective buyers had
already looked at the house on-line or were looking at the property
as we spoke with them. The new photos appeared on line today. Thanks
Mr. Powell for helping us to get our property online & sold without
the trouble of creating and maintaining our own website.
